Pre-order Notice
Pre-order Period
To ensure the freshness of our flowers, custom flower orders require full payment and must be placed at least 4 days in advance. We do not accept rush orders or custom orders on the same day. Our florist will arrange flowers based on available and in-season flowers and your budget.
Delivery Area
Currently, we deliver bouquets and flower gifts only within London. We regret that we cannot serve other cities and regions at the moment, but we look forward to meeting customers from various locations in the future.
Flower Materials
1. Material Substitution:

We accept requests for specific flowers but reserve the right to substitute them if the requested flowers are out of season or unavailable.

We also strive to use the flowers shown in the product photos on our Wix site. However, if any of the displayed flowers or specifically requested flowers are out of season or unavailable, we will communicate with you to find a suitable replacement with a similar style, type, color, size, and value.
2. Flower Longevity:

Flowers typically last 3-5 days, depending on storage temperature.

High temperatures can shorten the lifespan of flowers.

To extend longevity, keep bouquets in a well-ventilated area or cut the stems and place them in a vase.

Delivery Methods
1. Studio Pickup:

Studio Address: 19 Oxo Tower Wharf, Barge House St, London SE1 9PH

Pickup Hours: 9am - 6pm (Closed on Mondays and Sundays)

Please contact customer service at least half an hour before pickup.
2. Uber Delivery:
-
Before Delivery: We will inform the recipient and provide Uber tracking information via SMS. The recipient should be ready to meet the driver downstairs.

During Delivery: All Uber deliveries require the recipient to collect the flowers downstairs. Drivers will wait for 3-5 minutes. If the recipient cannot meet the driver in time, we are not responsible for any issues such as flowers being stolen, lost, or misplaced. For redelivery, an additional fee will apply.

Upon Receipt: If the recipient's apartment supports front desk package collection (flowers collected by the front desk), The Moment London will not be responsible for after-sales service. Please inform customer service in advance to adjust the delivery service.
3. Self-arranged Delivery:

Before Delivery: We will confirm the flower arrangement with photos and notify you when it is ready for pickup. Please note that we are unable to provide further customer support once the self-arranged delivery has picked up the order from our store.

During Delivery: Uber drivers cannot deliver to your footsteps nor park at the side to wait for collection. For any transit issues, please contact Uber directly.

Upon Receipt: To ensure smooth receipt, please collect the flowers at the designated location on time. We are not responsible for any issues if collection is delayed.
Payment and After-sales Service
Order Modification
To change the delivery date or time, please contact customer service by emailing us at sales@themoment.london at least 3 business days in advance (excluding Sundays). A £20 service fee applies for last-minute changes, and we cannot guarantee flower quality, thus no after-sales service is provided.
After-sales Service
1. Studio Pickup:

Please check and confirm the flowers before leaving the store. No after-sales service is available once you leave.
2. Uber Delivery:
-
For damaged or quality issues, contact customer service with photos within 10 minutes of delivery. Late reports will not be processed.
3. Self-arranged Delivery:

We will confirm the flower's condition with photos before delivery via Messages. If any issues arise, please report immediately for after-sales service at sales@themoment.london. No after-sales service is available after the flowers are picked up by the delivery service.

预定提前期
为保证鲜花的新鲜度,花礼全款定制需要提前4天。当天不接急单和定制,可按店内花材和预算由花艺师自行搭配。
配送范围
目前任何花束/花礼配送仅限伦敦地区,抱歉暂不支持其他城市和地区,期待未来与来自各地的你们相遇。
花束花材
1. 花材替换:
○ 本店接受客户指定花材,但保留替换花材的权利。
○ 本店会根据网页展示图片中的花材进行最大程度还原,但对缺货/品质不达标的花材,本店会与客户提前沟通,达成共识,以相似风格、品种、颜色、大小、等价的花材替换。
2. 花材保质:
○ 所有花材均不保证花期,通常可保存3-5天。
○ 具体花期根据存放温度而定,温度高的情况下花期会比较短。
○ 请尽量将花束放在空气流通处,或将花束剪根插瓶有助于延长花期。

配送方式
1. Studio自取
○ Studio地址: 19 Oxo Tower Wharf, Barge House St, London SE1 9PH
○ 营业时间:9am - 6pm(周日闭店休息)
○ 自取当日请提前半小时与客服联系确认到店时间。
2. Uber配送
○ 配送前:本店在花束/花礼配送前电话告知收花人,并以短信形式发送Uber配送链接。请收花人保持手机通畅,可自行通过链接追踪Uber行程并提前做好下楼取花准备。
○ 配送时:所有Uber配送均需收花人下楼自行签收,不支持送货上楼。如配送地址受限无法停车,司机将会停在附近地点并联系收件人前来自取,并只等待3-5分钟。若因收件人未能及时联系上/未能及时领取,抱歉本店概不负责,但如需再次配送,请另选时段并额外支付配送费。
○ 签收时:如收花人所在公寓可支持前台代收(代收花束/花礼本店均不负责售后),请提前告知客服调整配送服务。
3. 自行叫车配送
○ 配送前:花礼制作完成后,本店会拍照确认鲜花状态,以短信形式发送给您确认并通知您叫车。请您告知客服车牌号和行程链接,本店会将您的花束配送上车并再次拍照确认。
○ 配送时:Uber司机无法将花礼为您配送上楼,无法停车等待。运输途中的任何情况请直接和Uber沟通,本店抱歉不解决任何运输过程产生的问题。
○ 签收时:为了保证顺利签收,请务必根据预定位置,提前下楼取花礼。如因个人原因错过取花时间,本店不负责任何售后。
花束/花礼付款与售后
1. 修改订单
○ 如需更改当日配送日期/时间,请至少提前3工作日发邮件至sales@themoment.london 与客服联系更改(不含周日公休)。
临时提前更改配送日期,本店需增收£20服务费,且因此无法保证鲜花品质,不予任何售后服务。
2. 售后服务
○ Studio自取:请仔细检查确认花束/花礼后再离开,离店后抱歉不予任何售后服务。
○ Uber配送:如出现花束/花礼损坏或其他质量问题,需在配送完成10分钟内带图短信联系客服 ,申请售后服务,超时抱歉概不处理。
○ 自叫车配送:配送前客服拍照花束/花礼款式和状态以短信形式发送给您确认,如有问题请立刻反馈并申请售后服务。配送上车后,不予任何售后服务。
