Fill a clean vase up to 1/3 full with cold tap water. Add the provided satchet of flower food and stir.
Cut about 1 cm off the stems with a sharp knife and place the bouquet in the vase.
Keep the flowers positioned out of direct sunlight, away from drafts or heating and avoid extreme temperatures.
Change the water every few days to keep the flowers healthy.

In the event that a particular flower is unavailable, our skilled florists will select a suitable substitution based on 1) Colour, 2) Shape 3) [to an equal or greater] Value, selected in this order of priority.
